Session 1: September 5th-October 10th

In this session students will learn the elements and principles of sketching. Throughout the class, students can expect to draw from life (God’s creation, creation days 2, 3 &4). Students will be challenging the complexity and realistic qualities in their drawings. Students can also expect to take on larger and longer drawing projects. We will begin with pencils as our main medium and potentially use charcoal (if time allows). Sketchbooks, pencils and charcoal will be provided by Avon United Methodist Church Children’s Ministry.

Wesley’s Treehouse will follow the Avon Community Schools calendar (when school is not in session, Wesley’s Treehouse will not meet)
